Refund and Cancellation Policy

​At Tarzino, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

​1. Cancellation Policy

​Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge anytime before it has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at +91 83910 34430 or arnabbarai19@zohomail.in to request a cancellation.

​After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return the product once it is delivered according to our return policy below.

​2. Return & Exchange Policy

​Timeline: We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery.

​Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

​Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

​In the same condition that you received it.

​In its original packaging with all Tarzino tags still attached.

​Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items such as innerwear, socks, or personalized/customized clothing cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

​3. Refund Process

​Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

​Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 business days.

​Shipping Costs: Unless the product arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly by us, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

​4. Damaged or Wrong Items

​If you receive a damaged product or the wrong size/style, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
