1. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge anytime before it has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at +91 83910 34430 or arnabbarai19@zohomail.in to request a cancellation.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, return the product once it is delivered according to our return policy below.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Timeline: We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
In the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all Tarzino tags still attached.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items such as innerwear, socks, or personalized/customized clothing cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
3. Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Costs: Unless the product arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly by us, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong size/style, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
